I'm a personal trainer specialising in strength training — technique, progression, and the mindset shifts that make it all stick. Every session I run is designed around you specifically, in a calm and comfortable space where you'll feel genuinely empowered.

My approach is personal and intentional. We work hard, we push past comfort zones together, and we absolutely have fun doing it. I'm incredibly passionate about supporting women to look and feel their strongest — and I'll be by your side every step of the way.

1-2-1 coaching from 6:30am-8:00pm. Best for clients wanting a structured weekly start and detailed movement coaching.

Tuesday

Small-group reformer sessions in the evening plus daytime personal sessions. Great if you prefer coaching with a social energy.

Wednesday

Technique and progression blocks for both beginners and experienced clients. Midweek is ideal for consistency and form work.

Thursday

Morning and lunchtime availability for private sessions, with online check-ins in the afternoon to keep remote clients progressing.

Friday

Strength and mobility focus before the weekend. Perfect for paired sessions and end-of-week accountability.

Saturday

Limited morning appointments and reformer classes. Popular slots fill quickly, so booking ahead is recommended.

1-2-1 Session

£55 per session

A full private Pilates or strength session tailored to your goals, movement history, and current level.

5 Session Pack

£250 total

A reduced-rate block for consistent progress. Ideal if you want weekly coaching and clear progression over time.

Small Group Class

£18 per class

Supportive small-group reformer sessions with close coaching, corrections, and progression options in every class.
